Show was amazing - Chase Field was not
The show was amazing once we got in, despite the lack of organization and security at the entrance causing us to miss the first five songs. Floor seats could only enter through one gate, and the poor communication led us to stand in the wrong line for about 15 minutes. No lines or gates were set up to maintain order in the crowd, so when we eventually found the correct gate, the situation was chaotic as no one was sure if they were in the right spot, leading to us walking with a large, disorganized crowd. We tried asking security for help, but they were not very knowledgeable. I understand that floor seats were directed to one gate for wristbands, but it would have been easier if wristbands were available at all gates since we needed to have our tickets scanned anyway to enter. Better preparation and organization from Chase would have prevented us from missing the first five songs. The sound and stage setup for Waking From Tears - Tribute to Bullet For My Valentine were fantastic, but I would not recommend Chase Field as a venue.
